"THE HULK SMOOTHIE"
Everyone has been asking for the recipe that I use for my GREEN Smoothie, so here it is!
This recipe makes 1 blender full-4 to 6 servings
1 serving is the equivalent of 16 servings of Fruits and Vegetables in Antioxidants
Ingredients:
1 Handful of Spinach
1 Apple
1 Bannana
1 Cup of Frozen Mixed Fruit
1 Scoop of Vega Protein Powder
1 Scoop of Nutri-West Total Greens
1 Tablespoon of Pure Spirulina
1 Tablespoon of Barleans Omega Swirl
1 Kiwi
Add Water to the consistency your prefer, whether its thick or slightly watery after you blend. I use a Vita-Mix blender which in my opinion is the best blender to own to make any smoothie. Blend until it is a nice smooth consistency and ENJOY!!!
